Privacy
How Hadhud looks after the information about your child.
Last updated 4 November 2026
Who we are
Hadhud is made by Aous Labs for therapy centres. Your child’s centre decides what is recorded and who has an account; Hadhud keeps that information and shows it on the centre’s behalf.
There’s no sign-up. The centre creates each account and emails its PIN.
The app is for parents and the centre’s staff. It isn’t meant for children to use.
What Hadhud holds
- For each account: the person’s name, email address and role (family, specialist, or the centre’s admin).
- For each child, what the centre records: the child’s name, sessions and specialists, the specialists’ notes and the messages sent to the family, what was noticed at the morning check, the documents and forms the family sends, and photos, only where the family has agreed to photos.
- The family’s questions and the centre’s answers.
- Requests for meetings, and the replies.
What Hadhud doesn’t do
- No advertising.
- No tracking across other apps or websites.
- No selling or sharing of information for marketing.
- No analytics or advertising tools in the app.
- Notifications, when they’re added, will carry no names, notes or photos: only a number the app uses to fetch the news once it’s open.
AI
Where AI helps write a message from a specialist’s notes, names are removed before anything is sent to the AI model. A person at the centre reads every message before it reaches a family.
Who sees what
- A family sees only their own child.
- A specialist sees her own children and sessions.
- The centre’s admin sees her centre.
Keeping and deleting
The centre keeps its records while your child attends. To see, correct or delete information about you or your child, ask your centre, or write to us at hello@hadhud.com.
You can also delete your account in the app: tap the circle with your initial, then Delete Account. This closes your account and signs you out everywhere; your centre keeps your child’s records, which you can ask them to delete.
Security
Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Photos are kept private and are only shown through short-lived links, made for the person who is signed in.
Changes and questions
