Hadhudالعربية

For therapy centres

Every family hears how their child’s day went.

Hadhud connects your centre with its families. Specialists note each session in a few taps, a warm message is drafted from their notes, and your coordinator checks it and sends it. Calm for the families, simple for your team.

A mother and her son holding hands on a rug at home.

From the session to the family, in four steps.

  1. The specialist notes the session

How the child was, what they worked on, and a photo if the family agreed. A few taps between sessions.

  2. A message is drafted

AI turns her notes into a warm message in Arabic or English, saying only what she recorded.

  3. Your coordinator checks it and sends it

Nothing reaches a family without her. She can change any word, leave out a photo, or send it as it is.

  4. The family reads it on their phone

With the photos, and a way to ask a question back. The answer comes from the centre, not from a specialist’s personal phone.

Their child’s whole day, in one calm place.

The family sees the day as it happens: arrival and the morning check, each session, your messages with photos, and the next visit. Reports by day, week and month, the schedule, forms and practice at home are there too.

Wooden blocks being sorted into a box.

Ahmad was in good spirits in today’s speech and language session with Ms Sara. We worked on sorting blocks by colour. He asked for “more” twice, all on his own.

From the centre

An example of what a family sees. The names are made up.

Simple for your team.

  • For specialists

Her day in one app: her sessions, a short write-up after each one, the morning check, and her week.

  • For your coordinator

Her day as an inbox: news ready to send, questions from families, and meeting requests. On her phone, and at her desk.

  • For the centre’s managers

Departments, children, applications from new families, and the schedule, all in one view.

Made for the families you serve.

  • Arabic first, and English

Right to left on every screen, with Arabic digits and warm, clear Arabic. Each family chooses its language.

  • Very large text

Many parents read at the largest text size. Every screen is built for it.

  • Your centre’s name

Families see your logo and your colours, not ours.

Children’s information, handled with care.

  • Notifications say nothing private

A notification carries no name, note or photo. The app fetches the news once it’s open.

  • Photos only with consent

A photo goes to a family only if they agreed, through a private link that expires.

  • AI never sees a name

Names are removed before anything is sent to AI, and a person checks every draft.
